MIDLAND – Students in the School of Dance and Musicianship staged ballet performances Dec. 3 and 4 of Hans Christian Andersen’s “The Snow Queen.”
Patricia Stenton directed, produced and choreographed the ballet, which was set to music by Boccherini, Debussy and other composers.
“The Snow Queen” was the 11th ballet Stenton has put on over the years in support of Sleeping Children Around the World, a Canadian charity that provides bed kits to youths in impoverished countries.
